Undeclared? But of course!

Sometimes people are too confusing; I relate better to animals than people, and animals don't even speak. I suppose that means of communication, other than speech, may be more effective. However, I truly believe that being "word-savvy," as some might say, is important. One who has a way with words is almost always deep in thought or internal struggle ( the latter being worse for the one's self). Why is it then that man/woman connects so much with animals?- Such as the hunters relationship with his enthusiastic pooch, or the widowers dependence upon her cuddly-divine feline, or the young girl with her fast-trotting pony? I think people depend greatly upon undeclared relationships with animals, more so than we realize. A pet may sleep on your bed, or lick the remains of your ice-cream bowl, or come running fast when you hold out a treat but they never speak words. A pet does not come to you and say "i depend upon you, thank you." What makes the relationship between man/woman and pet so special - so necessary - is that is a relationship of faith and loyalty. Next time you fall asleep with a dog by your feet, or watch a movie with a purring ball of fuzz, or go for a ride upon your noble steed; remember that your relationship is undeclared.
Remember, and enjoy.

The Endless Cycle

When you know something isn't real, its harder; because then each time something happens you have to re-convince yourself that it's only fake, and you keep going through and endless cycle of pain.
